MY DO-S AND DON’T

THE BLOUSE: from prim to pretty.

DO: I am more attracted by the sheer sexy, delicate soft blouses to match with fall tweeds and wool.
I prefer the right ruffles, girlish and glamorous that you will keep next season as well.

DON’T: the new trend about “beaux bows”. You will be able to see sweet and youthful
Bows, big or little, tied up or loose everywhere.

THE JACKET: a topper go for fall

DO: a luxe boho style. Go for a tweed classic fabric in solid color with embellishment such as insert of different material in the tweeds, sequences, fur with skinny pants.

DON’T: colorful, patterns, Scottish print

THE SKIRT:

DO: above the knee will be a must, after the long dress this summer for Fall you will have to show a little leg. It will be very elegant and chic with a tweed or leather jacket.

DON’T: truly tulip skirt. It’s ultra feminine but your hips will look twice their size.

THE DRESS:

DO: Lace, crystal, glitters and a dark sense of sex appeal

60′s style sequins and bright colors as the Warhol muse.

Some bohemian rock paisley and paillettes.

DON’T: Velvet dresses, you will look larger and older
Winter floral print, so difficult to match with your accessories.

PANTS:

DO: leather pant, I can’t wait to get mine. I already have my leather/lurex leggings from last year.

DON’T: short trouser, too tomboys and baggy, absolutely not feminine.
I hate this new trend with short large washed denim like you took it from your boyfriend closet.

HAT: the chicest touch for winter

DO: tip your hat to a menswear staple turned feminine. Check www.hartfordny.com
