Our offers of products and prices are valid as they are on view on the JULIETTELONGUET.com website, subject to availability. In this purpose, instructions about the availability of the products will be given at the time of the ordering. Exceptionally, errors or amendments could exist, especially in case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In case of unavailability of a product after ordering, you will be informed of that by email or by phone as soon as possible, and it will be proposed to you either to order an other item shown on the JULIETTELONGUET.com website in substitution or to cancel your order.
If you choose to cancel your order, you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.
Melle Papillon Ltd. is not liable in case of stock outage or unavailability of products. JULIETTE LONGUET will do her best to fulfill your order if you enter your email address in the waiting list. The customer service will contact you to give you an update on the availability of the product.

The prices of JULIETTE LONGUET products are indicated in US $, excluding taxes and shipping costs (see "Shipping and Delivery").

You will be charged the prices displayed on the JULIETTELONGUET.com website at the time your order was confirmed provided the goods ordered were available at this time.
You are required to pay for any order placed on the JULIETTELONGUET.co website immediately on confirmation of your order. We only accept payment by charge card or credit card.
All orders are payable in US $. We accept the following charge cards and credit cards: MasterCard®, Visa® and American Express® and Paypal. Your order will only be dispatched once we have verified your payment method and received authorization to process your payment.
Your charge card or credit card will only be debited when your order is dispatched. If any of the products in your order are unavailable, we will only charge you the prices, taxes and shipping costs for the goods available.
REGISTERED USER
You won't have to re-enter your credit card, shipping or billing information; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically. Also, registering makes gift giving simple. Your family and friends' information can be saved in your Address Book, so you avoid typing in their information each time you send a gift.
If you would like us to remove the invoice from the package for a gift, please send an email to customer service immediately after your order is placed.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed an order, your order will be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.
DELIVERY TIME - PROBLEMS OF DELIVERY
Good will be shipped to the delivery address(es) specified during the ordering procedure. If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
Any failure to deliver or late delivery exceeding eight (8) business days should be reported to our customer service as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us of it within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order.
You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery. If there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should note the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g., open package, damaged goods, etc.) by hand, if possible, on the delivery notice, and sign.
If the goods do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them, you may return them, exchange them or request a refund according to the terms and conditions contained in the section entitled "Returns - Exchanges - Refunds"
RETURNS - EXCHANGES - REFUNDS

You are entitled to return any product ordered via the JULIETTELONGUET.com website within the forteen (14) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
According to special promotions and offers any returns after 14 days calendar days following the date of delivery will not be accepted.
Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging to the following address: Juliette Longuet, 73 Horatio Street, New York, New York 10014. You must enclose the original receipt with your returns, or a copy if you are returning part of your order.
We will only refund the original shipping cost on your order if you received the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. If a wrong item shipped to you is due to a mistake on our part, your returned or exchanged item will be shipped at not cost to you via Standard Ground Delivery. If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Any damage claims made after 14 days will not be accepted.
If you are requesting an exchange for a different style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON JULIETTELONGUET.COM.
Only one exchange by item will be honored.
Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we are not able to reimburse you for an amount greater than your original purchase amount. In rare instances stock may not be available for your exchange request. In the event that a no-stock situation occurs, we will refund the purchase price to your original form of payment.
If you ask for a refund, once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
JULIETTE LONGUET has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition when returned to HERMES.com website.
JULIETTE LONGUET will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return to the JULIETTELONGUET.com website is lost, misdirected or delivered late.
You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

SOLD OUT PRODUCTS
It's possible that the color/size combination you want is not in stock. For example, we may have your size in stock but not the color. Or we may have the color, but not your size. You can send us an email at info@juliettelonguet.com if what you're looking for is out of stock, the customer service will provide you with information about the possibility and the time frame to get the product or not.
